After Editorial Work Begins

Once editorial review, formatting, account coordination, or publisher preparation begins, partial refunds may be considered after deducting completed work and third-party costs.

After Distribution Begins

Fees are generally non-refundable after distribution starts because publisher placements, network delivery, and third-party costs cannot usually be reversed.

Rejected or Non-Compliant Content

If submitted content violates editorial standards, legal requirements, or publisher rules, BrandWire may reject the release. Refund eligibility depends on work already completed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, crypto, or payment provider timelines may vary.
