You can be refunded if you purchased the package within the last 60 days and less than 20% of the credits have been used. Refunds depend on how much of the service per purchased package you have used. Please contact us if you wish to request a refund.

Yes. Once you submit your content for PR distribution, you can request edits within the first 24-hour review period. After distribution and publishing, BrandWire can facilitate edits on sites we have control over, depending on each news outlet's policies. Send us an email with the title of the press release you would like to edit and the specific changes you want made.
Do you review each press release before distribution?
Yes. We review each press release before distribution to ensure it meets our editorial guidelines and complies with the BrandWire Terms and Conditions. We may request clarification, further editing, or additional information. Please note that we review at our discretion, and you remain responsible for the compliance and accuracy of your submitted and distributed content.
Can I upload my press release as a Word document or PDF?
BrandWire accepts press release submissions in Word documents, Google documents, and direct submissions through our submission form. PDFs are not accepted; do not submit your press release in PDF.
Can I add images to my press release?
Yes. As per our Editorial Guidelines, you can add high-quality relevant images in size 1280 x 720 px. Some media outlets do not accept overly promotional creatives, banners, or ads. Our editorial team may remove such images before distributing to these sites.
